TERMS OF USE
Brief summary of terms and conditions
Users are required to:

pay all applicable VATs and other Government mandated fees and a 2.5% payment processing fee in addition to the prices of courses listed on the site

avoid any unlawful activities on the site

be respectful of Englishology staff and other users

take responsibility for their own bookings and attend lessons according to the information provided in their booking confirmation
Refunds and Cancellations
Customers can request for cancelling registration and refund up to 48 hours before the first lesson by sending an email to info@Englishology.net from their registered email address. Refunds are processed within 5 work days after a confirmation from the customer and deducting 2.5% for processing the transaction.
When prevented from attending the course by acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond their reasonable control, the customer can request for cancelling registration and refund at any point before or during their course. Such requests are reviewed on a case by case basis and Englishology reserves the right to reject the request when it does not arise from a failure in service delivery by Englishology and/or to deduct an administrative fee when the request is approved.
Englishology reserves the right to cancel a class up to 48 hours before the first lesson. In such cases refunds are automatically processed without any deductions. Classes can also be cancelled/postponed if Englishology is prevented from or delayed in carrying on its business by acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond its reasonable control including act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, terrorist attack, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation, or direction.
Discounts
All discounts are mentioned alongside their conditions regarding duration and qualifying circumstances.
Discounts are not compounded and only one discount can be applied for one transaction. When a customer in an instance qualifies for more than one discount, the one that has the highest value will be applied.
Discounts are calculated on the headline price but deducted after adding any applicable VAT and surcharges which are also calculated on the same headline price of the course/service before any discounts have been applied.
Payment Methods
Cash payment is not accepted for any transactions with Englishology. All payments are made using third party secure payment aggregators, who take responsibility for security. To learn more about them, see the footer of any webpage.

Delivery policy
Access to services delivered to customer email within 48 hours of payment. Some products have printed course materials that are delivered to customer via third-party courier services within Bangladesh. This may take up to 7 days after commencement of service.
