We have a zero-tolerance approach to bullying, harassment, and abuse. We are committed to upholding the rights of all individuals in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, specifically the Children Act 2013 and the Prevention of Women and Children Repression Act 2000.

  • Listen: We value, respect, and listen to our learners, exam candidates, customers, and all other stakeholders.

  • Act: We take every concern seriously. If abuse is suspected, we conduct a thorough assessment and involve relevant authorities where necessary.
